Fancy travelling the world? Come to the miniature park on the shore of the beautiful Lake Wörthersee to practice just that.
On an area of 26,000 m2, 165 model buildings from 50 countries await you. The majority of the models are of course from Austria and Germany, but there is also a wide array of monuments from most European countries and about a quarter of the models represent the rest of the world.
So you have the opportunity to see the French Eiffel Tower, the American Statue of Liberty, the Indian Taj Mahal or the Australian Opera House in Sydney in one day (a tour of the park takes between 1.5 and 3 hours, depending on walking speed and breaks (not only) for photos).
It’s a great place for kids too, with a large outdoor adventure playground, a giant indoor slide and a special children’s adventure trail in the form of a booklet with questions and stickers, so even the little visitors won’t be bored.
In bad weather, take shelter in the large indoor area full of interactive displays, a local planetarium, a 4D cinema or a reptile and aquatic zoo. If your cravings or hunger get the better of you, visit Stani’s Kulinarium restaurant or Cafè Passepartout, which is open in summer.
