Booking Conditions

Keys for the Haus unter Gerlitzen you will find by the Haus in the boxes by the front door. Please inform us in advance when you arrive. When you will leave, please return keys to the box.

In case of a key loss we ask you 50 Euro

You can come to the apartment from 16:00. Departure is latest at 10:00 clock. At different times of arrival or departure it is possible to arrange an individual appointment

The final cleaning of the entire apartment is not included in the price of the accommodation and costs 60 €. This 60 Eur has to be paid before Your arrival. Please wash dishes and garbage before leaving the house.

All guests over 16 yars have to pay local tax of € 2.7 per person per day. As compensation for this fee, all guests receive a free special card – Adventure Car of Region Villach. It entitles you to participate in freely organized events in the area.

Before you arrived, we will ask you for the first and last name of the guests, so that we can prepare the adventure cards for you.

We offer bike + E-bike rent. The rent is 20eur/bike/holiday, but max 1 week. The rent is 40eur/E-bike/holiday, but max 1 week.

If you book with us, we will ask a deposit of 30% with payment max 14 days. The rest of payment we need max till 30 days before your arrival.

Candelation conditions:

• 30 days and more in advance cancelaton = you will received 100% back
• 29 and less = 100% of the price of booking.

During the stay, you have to follow house rules. In particular, it is a night rest between 22:00 and 6:00 and at midday between 13:00 and 15:00. Also in the house is a strict ban to walk in ski boots. Skies, bicycles and similar sports equipment can be left in the basement.

It is forbidden to light a fire in the apartment (candles, aroma lamps, etc.). Smoking is strictly prohibited in the home. Make sure that the water is not flowing, the lights are off and all windows are closed at each departure. It is forbidden to leave chargers and other electrical equipment in switched-on sockets. Before you go, you must wash the dishes and take away any trash. The guest is responsible for any damage to the apartment or its equipment. We recommend that you take out liability insurance when arranging travel insurance. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. It is forbidden to accommodate more guests in the apartment than contractually agreed. If these conditions are violated, a non-refundable stay can be terminated immediately.

Before you left the apartment, please turn off the main water supply. The main water supply is at the toilet.

Towels and sheets and garbage bags are available. You do not have to bring with yourself.
